It's an interesting question and I'm glad you, out of all people, posed it, Borgus. I think that the Brain can develop to a level above the actual brain (the physical and chemical aspect of it) and then analyse it as a set of behaviours, functions and actions/reactions. it's like when the Borgus robots become so advanced as to being able to make improvements on themselves and become even more advanced. Also, when I'm 'off chops' I KNOW that I am capable of analysing my brain until it hurts. I wish I could remember it the next day though...
