For those of you that need a prompting,, remember the Terminus or the Sly Fox... Right opposite the QPAC Theatre on Melbourne Street (I think...Is that the street??)..
This place has been done up and all I can say is WOW. Finally there is a new place in brisbane worth talking about and I mean, very very Impressive!
Starting for the bottom......
Bottom Floor - Fine dining, chic atmoshpere, think marbled floors with long beautilful bars and classic diving.
Second Floor - The Lounge - think long smokey leather couches in all colours, 3 or 4 private rooms each with their own leather couches including private pool tables.
Third Floor - Private function room to be opened in 2007
Top Floor -Wait for it... Open air bar on the top floor overlooking Brisbane. Long benches fitting 7-8 stolls around each. In the middle of the bench there are grillers so you can drink and throw down a prawn or two (or similar). A DJ in the corner playing groovy funky house tunes and on this day we had a flauntist wailing out along to the musak as the breeze and afternoon sun crept over the terrace.
I havent been so impressed with a place in a long time. It really is a place we all must check out!

sounds good sal... i will come for a drink sometime .. we may need to co ordinate our dates ahead of time given my distance from pub... a bit too far to ride my bike..
