Only administrators can post blogs, to become an administrator you must be sent an invitation from this blog. Once you have received an invitation follow the prompts, this includes becoming a member of Blogger.com.
Would love to see as many people as possible blogging on the fix so let me know and I will send you the invite, as far as I am aware there is no limit on administrators.
Although this blog is accessible to anyone with a computer and internet account I have purposely avoided all marketing tools used to attract visitors to the site.
